Sources say that the road leading to Imran Khan's residence was closed for unrelated people and only people close to Imran Khan and residents of the area are allowed to enter. Additional police force and FC personnel are also present at the spot while PTI workers are also gathered at the same square.
On the other hand, senior anchor Shahzad Iqbal says that Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah said that he wants to arrest Imran Khan and PTI senior leader said that the IG has an order to arrest Imran Khan. He said that Rana Sanaullah had said that he would arrest Imran Khan after the approval of the cabinet.
It is not yet confirmed when Imran Khan will be arrested. It should be noted that a case has been registered against former Prime Minister Imran Khan for threatening senior police officers and a female judge. An FIR has been registered against Imran Khan under the Anti-Terrorism Act and the case was registered by Duty Magistrate Ali Javed.
